I just have to give a little shout out to the one book that I have found to be by far the most well-rounded and balanced approach to nutrition and diet that I have ever read.

There are certainly many fads and trends in alternative eating styles these days and its hard to always know what is best, but this book takes a good in-depth look at healthy thriving cultures throughout the world and throughout time and how they prepared and consumed their food. It is not based on a new idea or theory like most of the ones today. But is instead taking a scientific approach to nutrition and seeing what stands the test of time in regards to supplying adequate nutrients to humans around the world.

This breaks through all the media-infused, profit-driven marketing that has gone into educating the general public about nutrition, to the point where we are absolutely bombarded by cancer, diabetes, arthritis, osteoporosis, and countless other diseases. Physically we are a dying, rotting culture in the Western industrialized world because of so many false messages regarding food that we have naively believed and accepted for too long.

This book engages the mind about the common things we have been told by doctors and television and magazines, examining the results of those patterns against thousands of years of thriving disease-free cultures to see what exactly we are missing and where we have gone wrong.

I dont believe this book to be perfect and we do not live in a perfect world, but for anyone fed-up with the constant sickness and disease lifestyle of much of American existence, this book is a really eye-opener, and a real tool in aiding you to make more well-informed decisions regarding your health and diet…

Much love, hope this can bless someone, it is a great foundation for un-indoctrinating yourself from what you’ve been told your whole life by those who care nothing for your well-being, but merely making money from you.
